Who We Are at Aliponics

Allison Zervopoulos has spent over sixteen years working with cannabis and launched her first cultivation and edibles company in 2012. During that time she designed and built out over 30,000 sqft of cultivation spaces around Los Angeles during the prop 215 days. With these spaces she would oversee the entire cultivation process from cloning to sales of finished product. 

During the passing of Prop 64 she was offered the position of Director of Cultivation overseeing 40,000 sqft of cultivation in Adelanto, CA. With her various roles around Adelanto, CA she was offered a position as Director of Cultivation for the first legal cannabis grow in South Dakota and began working extensively in the midwest market consulting on grows around South Dakota and Oklahoma including multiple build outs and director roles. During her time there she helped multiple companies achieve over 3.5 lbs per light of high quality flower.

Allison holds a BS in Plant Science from Cal Poly, Pomona and an AS in Business from VVC.

At Aliponics, we see the visions our clients have. We strive to bring to life their business goals ensuring they are as successful as possible. We can build out new facilities with their objectives in mind and utilizing innovative technology. We also retrofit and upgrade pre existing facilities to maximize profits and efficiency. 

We can treat plants back to health or help problem solve issues around the facility that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential. 

We also can help with the business side by working on budgets, scheduling, orders of nutrients/medium/equipment, as well as staff hiring and training. We love to lead a happy and productive team through all aspects of the cultivation process.
